Service Description
Platform Capabilities
VerifAI provides automated compliance monitoring, evidence collection, gap analysis, and audit preparation tools for various regulatory frameworks.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
User Responsibilities

- • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- • Not attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
- • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Payments are due in advance for the subscription period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Refunds
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service. We process this data solely to provide our services.

Data Export

Limitation of Liability

Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting support.
By Us
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons with reasonable notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to the Service ends immediately, but data remains available for 30 days for export.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
